What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know via support@tildi.com and return the product within 14 days after delivery. Return labels must be paid by the customer.
Why is your page in English when you are German?
We are working on translating it in the next weeks :)
How much does shipping cost?
We only ship to Germany and Austria and charge 5,95€ (above 100€ it´s free) for Germany and 9,95 for Austria.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. In average the order is shipped out ouf our warehouse near Berlin within 2 days.
